fairy tales, sparkly dresses, and songs written about boys.

Friday night. I left the ACC downtown, feeling very.. FEARLESS. I finally had the opportunity to see one of my favourite artists live in concert, Taylor Swift. I don't think I'll ever be fully used to the atmosphere of a concert. But here I was, my third concert. My sister and I walked into the venue, and headed straight to the merch table. I have this routine when it comes to buying souvenirs from concerts, where I like to get three things from each: a shirt, a program, and something else that I can wear. Luckily, I managed the first two, but I fell short on the last. I was so pissed that I could have got a lovelovelove brown leather bracelet, just like the one Taylor has, but couldn't, because I was short by 80ish cents. So after that, we head in, and walk around a little, before heading to our respective seats. Gloriana and Kellie Pickler were the openers, which was good, because I was luckily already familiar with their music.

By the time Taylor came out, I was literally shaking. Throughout the whole 1hr30m set, I was up on my feet singing my heart out, and having an amazing time.

Highlights: Fearless; Taylor appearing in the crowd, and then performing at the side stage, which closer to me (meaning clearer, better pictures); You're Not Sorry/What Comes Around mashup; heart confetti that fell during TWAF; Should've Said No in the rain.

No concert could top this. Well.. we'll see.
