i'm nobody's little girl. it's too late for that shit.

My sister and I were surfing the movie channel, and stumbled upon a couple of movies that we were interested in watching. But my sister was too lazy to sit down and watch a whole movie, so she headed off to bed. I had a choice from the following movies: Eclipse, The Runaways, or Welcome To The Rileys (which is pictured below). Because I already own both The Runaways and Eclipse on DVD, I opted for the latter. Not surprisingly so, all the aforementioned movies feature one of my favourite actresses, Kristen Stewart, so no matter what movie I picked, it was going to be a win/win.

So...... at around 12:30 this morning, I sat down to watch WTTR. It was a surprise to see that it was on the movie channel, especially because it never came out in theaters? But overall, I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Not just because Kristen was playing a stripper. This movie had a great storyline, and was delivered excellently. My favourite quote was when Mallory was about to run away from Doug and Lois, and he was trying to stop her. She said, "I'm nobody's little girl. It's too late for that shit." Which makes sense, because technically, she grew a lot, for her age (16). And even though Mallory wasn't related to Douglas in any way, he really developed a bond with her, and treated her like a daughter. I liked that. He helped better her, because she didn't really have anyone.

In conclusion: Great movie, would watch again. 4/5 stars ****
Sorry for a crappy review,
